Happy Monday everyone! I am super energised today, although the past week was soo long for me. Coming back from picturesque Scotland to face the chaos of Black Friday was exhausting (I'm a retail store manager). But, I am very excited that this period ended and I can focus more on the blog and my healthy lifestyle.
I was very happy to see you are interested in my workout routine, knowing that not many people are focusing on working out during this time of the year, with people waiting for those New Year's resolutions. What can I say, I have the best followers! At the same time I was (and still am) very nervous to film this video as I never did a vlog before so I am curious if you like it and want me to do more things like this.
Finally, please keep in mind that this is simply my workout routine and a set of exercises that I like and work very well for my body. It is quick and intense so you can fit in your busy schedule and you will feel great after. Because I had some trouble with lighting when I filmed, I had to repeat this a few times and therefore my position was affected in a few exercises. I promise it will be better next time!
