Happy 100th post guys! I thought about this for so long and I wanted to be a special post, so I think this is the perfect occasion to share with you my wedding dress journey! I am very excited about this, especially because we aim to regard all traditional views on weddings for our event.
As you can see from the title, I decided to order wedding dresses from ASOS worth 1,000 pounds. You can scroll to the bottom of the post for the vlog, but I want to speak a little bit about what I have in mind for my wedding dress.
Although we went to many places in London to try on dresses and I liked some of them, they were either too expensive (3,000-5,000 pounds) or not exactly what I was looking for. And because I want a bohemian, very easy, very light type of dress, I was also constantly looking at high-street dresses like the ones from H&M or promoted on Instagram. Then, I stumbled across this challenge on YouTube where brides-to-be got wedding dresses from ASOS. And oh-my-god they were lovely! The next thing I know is checking ASOS Bridal every morning because they are constantly changing their stock.
I showed some dresses to Paul and we both fell in love with their simplicity and how they flowed in the videos, so we decided to order a few (I think I had 5 of them) and to do a vlog about it. In the worst-case scenario, we would just return them all. However, we were surprised in a very good way and I am still amazed by the quality of the material and the attention to details. I am not going to share more with you because I will let you discover it all in the vlog below.
