DAY 3: PROTEIN PANCAKES
This is my all time favourite recipe for breakfast especially on a late Sunday morning like this, or before the gym. Who can say no to pancakes especially if they are healthy?
2 Scoops of Oats (60g)
2 Free-Range Eggs
1 Scoop of Protein Powder (30g)
1 tbsp of Tahini
Unsweetened Almond Milk
A Handful of Frozen Berries
Add the oats into a blender, along with the eggs, tahini and protein powder. Top with the almond milk, making sure it covers all the ingredients. Pulse until you obtain a smooth mixture. Place the mixture into a frying pan, over a low-medium heat. Leave to cook for 3 minutes or until golden, before flipping to the other side. Serve with mixed berries, for a boost of antioxidants!
