DAY 5: VANILLA CHIA PUDDING
I can't believe it's day 5 already, the last day of '5 Healthy & Fast Breakfast Recipes.' For the last day I decided to prepare a vanilla chia pudding, just because it's so light and easy, the perfect breakfast or snack for this torrid summer. Topping it all up with blueberries to keep those antioxidant levels high!
125 ml Almond Milk
50 g of Blueberries
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tbs Vanilla Extract
Add all the ingredients into a shaker/jar and give it a good shake, making sure the bluberries are crushed and that the chia seeds are not clumping together. In order for the pudding to have that gel-consistency I recommend prepping this the night before and leaving it in the fridge overnight. Serve with a handful of berries on top.
This recipe is loaded with fibre, healthy fats, protein and it is super filling! If you want your pudding to be chocolatey, add a teaspoon of cacao!
