Hello fashionistas! If you don't know yet, H&M and Moschino announced a collaboration collection launching in selected stores and online really soon on November 8th. Jeremy Scott, the creative director of Moschino, wants to be known as a 'people person', making sure his fashion is accessible for everyone, stating that he 'hates the idea of exclusivity in fashion.'
Also, by collaborating with H&M Jeremy is able to express himself 100% combining haute couture with his eccentric sense of fashion resulting in playful designs, textures and colours that reminds us not to take the fashion world as serious.
According to a Vogue interview, the price range for the collection will be between 18£ and 210£, and will include a Mickey Mouse dresses (a classic to Moschino), denim overalls, padlock bags, cropped puffer jackets and more. Scott even designed pups outerwear, saying he would feel bad not to include them.
Below I've included some highlights from the collection, but you can read the official collaboration interview here. I'm very excited to see how this funky collaboration will be received by the public, bearing in mind that Karl Lagerfeld's 30 pieces collection was sold out within one hour and when Balmain colaborated with H&M they had to close down the Oxford Circus store due to health & saftey issues. Exciting month ahead!
